Grammy-winner Yannick Nézet-Séguin presents a new Beethoven cycle together with the Chamber Orchestra of Europe. "It's interesting how Beethoven's music can still surprise us today. We hope our interpretation will feel to the audience as if they are hearing this music for the first time," said Yannick Nézet-Séguin. The conductor and the COE previously collaborated on the recording of the complete Schumann and Mendelssohn cycles. This album will also be the COE's first full Beethoven cycle since its historic recording with Nikolaus Harnoncourt from the 1990s.
