This is the Grammy-nominated artist Anderson Paak's 3rd studio album and the first to be released on Dr. Dre’s label. 'Oxnard' is the follow up of 'Malibu' and includes his latest single, 'Tints' featuring Kendrick Lamar along with album features from J. Cole, Pusha T and many more. Born and raised in Oxnard, California, this album is a nod to where he grew up. It's also a continuation of the theme which he started with his debut, the use of California coastal cities as album names. With this new album he continues to make a great mix of Hip-Hop, R&B, Funk & Soul. Producer/musician Anderson broke through with six songs on Dr. Dre's 2015 album 'Compton', he got nominated multiple times for a Grammy and his songs were used in a couple of movies (Everything Everything, Pacific Rim: Uprising).
