Misfits Together is a new album from Dan Smith, Brit Award-winning songwriter and frontman of Bastille, and Ralph Pelleymounter, songwriter and frontman of To Kill A King. Inspired by the lives and relationship of Marilyn Monroe and Arthur Miller, the album looks through the eyes of two outsiders navigating love, identity, fame and artistic freedom against the turbulence and misogyn of 1950s America.
Produced by Will Bloomfield, Misfits Together weaves indie, folk and orchestral pop with hip hop beats and features Bastille collaborators Moira Mack on vocals, long-time live guitarist Charlie Barnes and backing vocalist Ruti.
