When you purchase goods or services from us and provide your email address, we may occasionally send you newsletters by email containing marketing material about similar products or services that may be of interest to you.

In particular, this exception applies where:

• we use those electronic contact details exclusively to advertise our own similar products or services; and

• when collecting your electronic contact details, we gave you the opportunity to object to such use easily and free of charge.

Taking into account the applicable recommendations or decisions of data protection authorities, we may tailor the content of these communications to your possible interests and, where necessary, process additional information from your order.

Information about customer surveys

When you purchase goods or services from us and provide your email address, we may contact you by email after your order has been completed to ask about your satisfaction with the product or service provided.

Where this communication is solely intended as a customer satisfaction survey and does not contain advertising or promotional material, it is not considered direct marketing.

The processing of your personal data in this context is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR to assess and improve the quality of our products, services and customer service.
